History

Our Firm was founded February 2001 by Michael A. Miller and Gregory J. McCarthy. Our goal in creating the firm was to bring together a mix of defense and plaintiff work that uniquely positions and prepares our attorneys to represent all clients most effectively, while providing uncommon insight into the strategies and tactics of our opponents.  Representing construction companies in personal injury actions and construction defect cases, Mike spent fifteen years developing his expertise in construction litigation and insurance defense. As a solo practitioner, Greg worked diligently for more than ten years on behalf of plaintiffs who suffered personal injuries, including those resulting in injury or death due to malpractice, transportation practices and premises defects. This unique combination of experience, dedication to client services and commitment to professional ethics has proven a successful strategy for our firm and continues to guide our future.

Representation

We represent our clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level, as well as at mediation and arbitration.  We offer extensive trial experience in general construction, construction defect, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, transportation, personal injury, deceptive trade practices, subrogation, employment litigation and other tort-related matters, as well as general commercial litigation.
