Clark S. Butler was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 12, 1970. Clark was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1992. He graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1995 and was a member of The Order of the Barristers. Before joining the firm, Clark was a prosecutor and a Central Staff Attorney for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Dallas. Clark's areas of expertise are construction, commercial, personal injury and appellate litigation. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas; the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court and is a member of the Dallas and State Bar Associations.
