Johnnie
Dillard was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and has lived in the
Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex all of her life. Johnnie began her legal career
over thirty years ago preparing and reviewing contracts for a large construction
firm in Dallas. Johnnie has experience in the State, County, Federal,
and Appellate courts throughout the state of Texas. Her legal experience
includes contracts, medical malpractice/nursing home litigation, employment,
personal injury, probate, bankruptcy, commercial and business litigation,
products liability, oil and gas, and insurance defense with a focus on
construction defect, subrogation, and construction personal injury litigation.
Johnnie's
principal experience involves the management of complex, multi-million
dollar cases for both plaintiff and defendant clients. Her career encompasses
extensive trial experience in county, state and federal courts including
utilization of electronic, paperless technology in the courtroom. Johnnie
received her paralegal certificate from the ABA approved Southeastern
Paralegal Institute in Dallas, Texas and she has also been a Board Certified
Paralegal by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Texas
in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1995.
