J. Keith Webb was born February 20, 1957. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University in 1979, graduating Magna Cum Laude and his Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1987. Keith graduated in 1994 from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he was a Leading Articles Editor for The International Lawyer and was a member of The Order of the Barristers and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He is also a member of Tau Sigma Delta, an architecture honor society. Prior to attending law school, he worked in managerial positions for several general contractors in the Dallas area on such projects as the Bank of America Plaza, The Towers at Williams Square, and the Four Seasons Resort and Club in Las Colinas. Keith’s practice is focused on representation of all parties involved in the construction and development process, including design professionals, owners, general contractors, home builders, and subcontractors in arbitration, litigation, and informal dispute resolution. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Keith is a member of the American Bar Association/Construction Industry Forum, the State Bar of Texas/Construction Law Section, the Dallas Bar Association/Construction Law Section, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the American Institute of Architects, Dallas Chapter.
