Murray J. Rossini was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 12, 1956. Murray was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986. Murray’s preparatory education was at The University of Dallas (B.A., 1979) and Georgetown University (graduate studies in national security). Murray’s legal education was at Southern Methodist University (J.D. 1986). He was the Texas Survey Editor, Southwestern Law Journal, 1985-86. He was a political appointee at The U.S. Department of the Army, 1980-83. Murray was an instructor in the Southern Methodist University, Paralegal Program, 1991. He is the author of “The Spectrum Scarcity Doctrine: A Constitutional Anachronism,” 39 Southwestern Law Journal 827, 1985. Murray is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.
